The property was devastated by a burst water mains pipe in the property above which leaked at mains pressure into this property for three days. Property Repair were appointed by the Loss Adjuster to carry out the required Insurance Reinstatement Works. This was a complete overhaul of the property. Strip out works, Drying Works, all New Ceilings and Re-Plastererd Walls, Sanded & Varnished Floors, Electrical, Joinery, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing, Painting.
