Complete Renovation of Edinburgh Tenement Property which was so run down it was home to a family of pigeons and had been for quite some time.
The project involved removing, raising and installing all new ceilings, installing a new combi boiler gas central heating system, creating a shower room, beautiful new kitchen, brand new plumbing and drainage, complete electrical re-wire, new chipboard flooring, entire property plasterboard sheeted and plaster skimmed, all new facings and skirting boards, painted throughout with 4 coats of emulsion to walls and ceiling and two coats of eggshell to the woodwork.
