INSUREPAIR® is pleased to announce an important milestone in the continued evolution of the wider business, following the return of Property Repair as the parent brand of Property Repair Group.
Originally founded in Edinburgh in 2003 by Richard O’Donnell, Property Repair was the original business from which a number of specialist divisions were subsequently developed, including INSUREPAIR®, Emergency Repair®, ClaimDry® and VeriClaim®.

Over the past two decades, the business has expanded significantly, evolving from a local property repair company into a multi-disciplinary group operating across property repairs, insurance reinstatement, emergency response, restoration and technology-led claims services throughout the UK and Spain.
As part of this evolution, Property Repair has formally returned as the parent brand of the group, providing greater clarity around the structure of the business while allowing each specialist division to continue focusing on its respective sector.

INSUREPAIR® remains a key part of the group structure and continues to operate as the specialist insurance reinstatement division, supporting insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, property professionals and policyholders with a comprehensive range of claims management and reinstatement services.
Operational Leadership
The restructure also coincides with the promotion of Christina Purves to Group Operations Director, reflecting both the continued growth of the business and the importance of strong operational leadership as the group enters its next phase of development.
