All Trades Insurance reinstatement contractor relocates to new Edinburgh HQ

INSUREPAIR, the Edinburgh-headquartered insurance reinstatement contractor, has relocated to a larger base in response to increasing demand.

  1. Relocation to a Larger Office:
The new head office in Comiston Place, Morningside, is twice the size of our previous location in Abbeyhill. This expansion reflects the company’s growth and need for more space.
  2. Increased Capability and Flexibility:
The new hub is not just larger but more flexible, accommodating senior management, accounts, and claims teams, as well as allowing space for contract managers and surveyors. The company is also offering more flexibility for employees with the option of remote work, addressing different working styles.
  3. Strategic Location:
Being in EH10, the company is now closer to a key customer base, especially in Morningside, which is known for its large number of tenement-style and traditional properties. This is a smart move for Insurepair, especially since these buildings are prone to damage from various causes (e.g., fire, water, storms). The location is also near key transportation routes like the Edinburgh City bypass, which will improve response times across central Scotland.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach:
Christina Purves, Operations Director, emphasised that the new office’s proximity to high-traffic areas will improve response times during emergencies, thereby reducing stress for clients in urgent situations. The larger office also allows for more direct interactions with the public, which could be beneficial for building stronger relationships with long-term clients.
  5. Expansion Beyond Edinburgh:
The company’s expansion isn’t limited to the new Edinburgh location. We’ve also recently opened an office in Glasgow, extending our reach and capabilities across central Scotland.

This move reflects the firm’s dedication to growth, employee flexibility, and improving service delivery—key factors that will likely contribute to continued success.
