They have picked a diverse cross-section of companies that have big plans for the year ahead. Specifically, Insider.co.uk has sought out the companies with big plans for 2025 – be that expanding geographically, buying other businesses, coming up with new innovations or building their teams.
INSUREPAIR ®
Operating across Scotland, the business has a dual purpose: a policyholder-led service for insurance reinstatement works, and a validation service for insurers and adjusters.
Company Owner, Richard O’Donnell explained that he has “radical” plans for 2025, around a new offering for claim values stipulated by insurers and adjusters – a mini-adjusting style approach – with an Association of British Insurers-approved reporting style, high quality images, measurements, itemised scope of works, associated weather records and a rebuilding cost calculation.
“This service was proposed to us by a firm of adjusters, mainly owing to a shortage of staff and an inability to meet or exceed the service level agreements they had signed up to with their insurer clients.
“We established during discussions with our insurer clients that the potential exists for the volume lower-value market to diversify to a greater degree in 2025,” he added.
O’Donnell also said Insurepair is examining technology options, including AI, drone surveys and 3D ‘walk-through’ software.
“We see 2025 as both a growth and a diversification opportunity for our business, and discussions are underway to install the right people and the appropriate technology to meet or exceed the demands.”
